Gershon Mosiane (CEO)

Gershon Mosiane IP (SA) has a BIURIS (law) degree and currently in his final year LLB post graduate (law) degree. He further has a Post Diploma in investigative and forensic accounting course on the investigation of cyber and computer related field, certificate in legislature drafting obtained with distinction. Gershon is a CEDR accredited mediator, and is also a member of the Forum of Immigration Practitioners South Africa (FIPSA), a SAQA recognized Professional body in terms of the National Qualifications Framework Act. He is also a chairperson of FIPSA since May 2013 to date. FIPSA is the only legislatively recognised professional body that regulates the immigration profession. He has 21 years of practical legal experience of which 8 has been in Immigration Consulting.
